Does NA need to sign more T2 players?

From a neutral standpoint, its hard to deny america, and especially NA have all in all been the strongest region in Val. I am slightly worried though that they are very hesitant to bring up some of the really god T2 players recently. I feel like NA should probably have the highest possible player age and loads of players are just recycled between the teams.

I think EMEA is doing much better at developing fresh and exciting prospects than NA and we are seeing loads of new faces in T1. In NA the only ones that are actually investing into strong T2 players seem to be NRG. I understand that this is also a result of NA having less teams than EU, and lets face it, most of EMEAS "established" pros are not all that, but, do you think a lack of new talent could be detrimental to NA as a region going forward?

NA needs more slots. Real talent is being wasted.

I dont disagree. I think BR and SA has some good talent, but it has been proven by now that they can only field one or two solid rosters. Furia/mibr should probably be considered for removal at some point. If not, they will probably just turn into NA teams anyways at some point.

IMO the issue is really with C9 and EG not bringing up good t2 players specifically this year (like idk how Apoth ended up in the league). These two teams are obviously paying very low salaries compared to the other NA orgs + Lev. The fact that none of Oxygen, MxS, M80 players ended up in These two teams last year was criminal.
