Not having changed the roster doesn't mean much. The meta changes, the team becomes more predictable and difficult to update. Not to mention that other teams always try to improve their flaws, like G2 with Jawgemo, while EDG and TH remain the same.
I think the advantage will only be at the beginning of the year.
