Generally how worth is it to get a decent Herman miller?
Could just get a normal office chair for 300-400 usd, but I could also get a Herman miller back leaf for 700 usd rn.
I have a spinal injury after falling off a mountain since last summer so comfort sitting is important, yet I don’t rly know if it’s worth the extra cash if normal chairs do fine
My uni has those chairs and god damn it feels like you're sitting on clouds. But it is a big investment, 700 is nothing for some people and everything to others so I can't say exactly, but things to think about are: how much do I sit in a day?, is it possible to reduce that amount?, is there anything you can do about your posture now?, and if the answers to those line up with buying a new chair, I would go right ahead
