i think that out of all 4 (SPG vs 2G vs apeks vs xi) SPG is strongest and it can also defeat bottom 3 teams from each region like

TEC,DRG,TYLOO,WOLVES,NOVA

This is all time though I feel like there are definitely at least 3 teams that have all time peaks higher than them but if we are talking about right now then yeah top 4 minimum
