Something isn’t an import. If they are in a country that’s apart of Asia and Europe they can be in both without being an import. Also teams can add new 1 import each year so they still could.

something is on par with aspas(if you don't agree with me it's at least in terms of roles/agent pool)
this clearly doesn't fix anything for paper rex
still 2 duelist in team and f0rsaken tied to shit roles
f0rsaken clears everyone on his team yet he plays the shittiest roles alongside d4vai
