Asuna is just not a jett main. He is 100 times better on Raze/Reyna. They need to sign a proper jett and transition Asuna to flex/secondary duelist
then make him adjust like sick/victor to play skye and other flex agents and put ethan on controller
Yeah ethan is just not a duelist/aggressive player by nature either. in later CS days he was more of a lurker/3rd rifle on the site. Asuna can play current ethan role and move ethan to sentinel and steel on sova
100T are in the weird spot that 3 of their players like to lurk (hiko, nitr0, and ethan) and their second most aggro player (steel) is playing sentinels and the only one lurking. it just makes them so dysfunctional as a team
its hard to swap roles for 100T. asuna just doesnt fit well to 100T. i know hes a social media superstar and has fans around the world and i personally wouldnt know what to do but its up to 100T. they have to find out what they wanna be in future in this game. just a good team or a superpower.
Asuna is a super flexible player. He used to play Sova for immortals. Steel turned him into an entry fragger because no one else in 100T could rifle without whiffing
Dont think the language barrier is a huge issue, considering his team consist of multiple people from multiple countries.
The region is the main issue. Just importing players isn't common.

dude its a game! you dont need to talk fluent english. keywords are enough and he can speak simple english to communicate well enough
