I think it’s for the same reason that Indian or Oceania pros aren’t as good as na or Emea pros simply because there are fewer of them so smaller talent pool
Basically, fps games were never marketed towards woman and sexism in those communities pushed woman away from taking them seriously so there’s fewer woman that have played fps games seriously for years making them good enough to go pro
