New NA/LATAM Split Franchise League

If the NA franchises were split into two leagues, one for NA and one for LATAM, which 12 teams would be invited? With LOUD, FURIA, MIBR, KRU, and LEVIATAN assumed to be part of LATAM, and SENTINELS, EG, CLOUD9, G2, and NRG in NA,

NA: (SEN, EG, C9, G2, NRG) + M80, TSM, FaZe, Oxygen, FlyQuest, Moist, Shopify (If Moist and SR are still combined as MXS, then Complexity)

SA: (LOUD, FUR, MIBR, KRU, LEV) + AK, RETA, RED Canids, paiN, Fluxo, 9z, E-Xolos (debated putting w7m too but chose Fluxo)

They would probably choose Fluxo because of their huge fanbase in Brazil and the rivalry with LOUD. I also wouldn’t rule out LOS GRANDES.
