Landlords need more compensation for all their hard work! Do you think it's easy for them to raise the rent of single mothers working 3 jobs struggling to take care of 2 children all on her own? The stress alone from raising rent should allow landlords to raise the rent of a 1 bedroom apartment to $5,000 a month.
