cs isn't IEM only, this year tier 1 cs has two TOs, Blast and ESL/IEM
right now we have pro league, after that it's blast fall finals in Copenhagen followed by blast global finals in singapore and then IEM Rio.
RMR are regional major rankings, it's the last regional stage before the major. It decides which teams go to the major and the ranking of the team decides who goes to which stage
understandable, I got the same way here, I didn't wanna watch BB Dacha. Just FYI, in case you are new, the top teams are NaVi, G2, FaZe, Spirit, MOUZ, Vitality, these 6 are usually in the league of their own, however teams like pain, mongolz, liquid, col, 9z, saw, ef, astralis are sometimes capable of putting up a fight
