If you mean who gets replaced as in a team being relegated, that can't happen until next year, this year will simply be the new team joining.
If you mean roster changes, the only guarantee is on if PCF win, 3 of their players are under 18 so they won't be able to play in tier 1 (there's rumours going around they'll allow them to ascend anyway, but it's not confirmed)
