I am talking about players more. imagine there is some young bloke on some team like c9, he does well in tier 2, comes to the team, he is all happy and excited to play in tier 1 with ''experienced veterans of the scene'' and then those players just suck, they stick around cuz they are all friends to each other, they need to make a change cuz the management will kick their ass, they just bench this young player, he is in contract jail and their team gets someone else. career fucked, reputation ruined, best case scenario he is sent to tier 2 where he proves himself again
the problem with those teams being fair is that both would´ve been good if it wasnt because m8 didnt make changes from the beginning and bleed was forced to do changes and they piocked the wrong options, they would´ve been more competitive if bleed had juicy and nephh because nephh (very valious caller/2nd caller) literally carried blg to champs and juicy carried bleed on ascension with sscary, if they added egoist over deryeon it couldve been huge for them imo but juicy got fucked by the minors rule and nephh had to go to military service.and on gentle mates im just gonna say logan carried them but they got rid of him takas was great too but they also kicked him and they bet it all on their worst players wailers and beyaz (the latest is understandable because he was the igl after all)
