NA is overrated

Do you agree that it is shameful that Tier 2 NA teams, which have much more investment and train every day with Tier 1 teams, have so much difficulty beating Latam/Brazil teams?

I think it's good to see the LATAM and BR Tier 2 scenes developing!

Talents it's more about player base than anything else. The SA/BR teams are not as bad as people think.
