Player wise it is feasible to create a competitive 5 man polish vct team.
However its very unlikely that an org will commit to a polish roster, because there are no polish orgs in vct and there the majority of talent is split across multiple teams.
No point paying buyouts when everyone speaks english and you could get someone just as good for cheap.

i think itd be possible to make a good team but i doubt it happens soon. most orgs dont care to build a national team except turkish or french orgs. if an eastern org from cs ever came into franchising maybe it could happen. like virtus pro back in the day with snax, pashabiceps, taz and them winning a major
