For some reason, most IGL whiff the most and are usually bottom fraggers (Shahzam is exception)

his aim is not that great but his strats are all good. Even then he is better than most immo/radiant players

Their job is to process and make calls midround based on information given by the team so they can easily lose focus on their crosshair trying to think I guess. I mean ofc there are IGLs who are so good at both, like Shahzam as you mentioned, and Gla1ve from CSGO was similar.
