consistency argument over T2 players is just bogus and pointless. Also, verno is the most consistent among these players. Team environment shapes ones performance. If you wanna find talent, eye test is your only option.

Narrate was a top rated player in EMEA kickoff and Madrid. Verno is also very good and one of the best overall players in NA t2. He will probably be great in t1 as well but that's pure speculation. Currently, I'd say Narrate > Verno
