EMEA has igl crisis

There's big chance 2/3 best EMEA igls aka Boaster and Ange1 are teamless for next year, therefore we only have Boo as standout igl in Tier 1. Is there any Tier 2 that we should watch for?

of course 3 of the players i mentioned are Turks and IGL'd in Turkish so I don't really know how would they do in English
