EMEA has improved significantly in building rosters this past year but still not good enough since some rosters kept recycling garbage players.

First year of franchising was a disaster and every team was suboptimal

This year teams like KC and Heretics have proven that our tier 2 is full of amazing talent

This has always been the problem in EMEA, they dont HAVE any cracked Tier 2 players
They will recycle the same washed bums until Riot lifts import restrictions for them like NA in LoL and we're going to start seeing EMEA teams with only 2 Europeans

Alfajer is not a better duelist than Derke but the boy czn for sure be an elite duelist without a doubt if thats the direction we're going in.
