Pick clove, bait ur team (by this i mean always trade ur entry cause ur other teammate 99% either bad at the game or braindead sentinels players who still watch flank even tho he has a trip), sometimes igl if ur team is really clueless with simple call like, lets play slow for 20 sec, walk a main then pop entry site, fake a then go b, stuff like that, if someone in ur team is overpeeking try to trade him if possible ( hes fighting a good angle or only 1 enemy)

Stick to a few agents, don't play every role. Find something you like and grind it. I solo queued to immortal 3 playing kj/cypher only. A lot of people don't like sentinel but you can apply the same process to any role/agents. Being consistent is key!

cypher is such a great agent for solo queue, some setups are so good that the enemy team might avoid the site you're defending
on top of that you can lurk, gather info etc

playing cypher is very free flowing, not constrained to one area of the map & mastering his utility can lead to a lot of free rounds
