How is Rb on TEC

Firstly I know TEC is a huge sport org in China but
How tf did they get one of the most experienced player in VCT, OG of Vision strikers and DRX, one of the best flex player at the time being, to an org in CN with no promises and no future ensured.
I swear other orgs like T1 and GENG must've considered him but TEC payed him a ton of fucking money to get him on the team.
Pls TEC let Rb have his future in APAC not on a team that has no future (No hate towards TEC but they just look bad bad bad)
