what happened to premier

did the best teams compete and actually get into tier 2? i havent seen anything on the highest level or premier or if they're actually going anywhere

They need to play in advance stage first , if they managed to win advance stage then they qualify to tier 2 group stage

just got owned by the existing t2/t3 teams though (which is sorta expected since k10 already played in t3 before and only made it to top 7/8 so they were playing uphill)

From what I understand, the format is gonna change next year but theres too much info going around with it (leagues handle it differently) so im not 100% sure how its gonna look
