This sentiment from viewers will be here year in and year out as long as this fraud coach is there. He’s such a dramatic barbie girl who thinks him slamming his desk actually helps his guys just because it gets attention in reddit or X.
All he does is scratch his head, frown and slam his desk but can’t even draw some nice set plays.

guest1305 [#5]You're out of your mind. Alecks cooks, it's fine that he gets angry when his team isn't performing as well as he knows they can. Ever watch real sports? Coaches get even angrier than this and it's worse because the players can actually see/hear them getting annoyed.
The players should be the one doing that to him because he clearly is the weakest link in that team. Fake fans have been blaming mindfreak for the longest time but now that he played well, they still lost and Alecks was just there scratching his head the whole time while mindfreak was clutching rounds.

alecks being mad at that round was valid because they almost lost a 2v5
the reason you see alecks mad sometimes even at rounds they win is because he knows its pure luck where they won the round

He should learn from coach Potter. In people management, if you’ve ever been in a corporate environment, you’ll know that you can’t achieve anything good just by criticising each time. I hope when he finds a new team, someone will lecture him about “positive reinforcement”.

You are assuming that Alecks is an asshole who flames his team outside of the coach room, which isn't true as far as we know. Sliggy himself has admitted that coaches flame their team when they're playing badly but they'll keep all of that tension in the coach room where the players can't hear them.
Also, any corporate environment that is competitive definitely critiques its employees, not sure why you're implying they don't. If you're underperforming in the corporate world no "people management" is going to protect you from crticism.
