yeah but the draw has some rules like no teams from same group and #1 vs #2

i think the region rules wont apply just a matter of whatever group you came from. (i could be wrong)

there will be at least one regional matchups since there're 3 americas teams. the only rule i think is to not be in the same group (sorry not a guaranteed thing, but regional matchups is allowed)
