Do roster changes happen too frequently?

I feel like one season is not enough for a roster or player to reach their full potential. Imagine you have a full time job. You dont know shit for your first year. Your second year at that job is completely different from your first year.

That's cause this season sucks ass. You got teams playing 10 matches in 10 months, not enough play time for them to adapt, improve their synergy

esports teams dont have the capital to lose for decades at a time like some traditional sports teams can, they're forced to gamble
