if the tweet from Tanymay turned out to be true then it's the most logical place to be held because all of the ASEAN countries which amount to half of the teams will have visa-free travel + other countries won't have visa issues due to how easy it is to get the 30 days visa on arrival ( ascension is only 10 days )

Jakarta is a far better option because :
- They have more viewership
- They're cheaper
- Just like in Singapore, it's easy for teams to get the visa
- They have experience hosting VCT Lan which Singapore doesn't have
So as an emergency substitution, Jakarta is the best option right now and we all know how Riot likes to save money.
