Thoughts?
Honestly Heretics imo has a higher chance winning this Game than what most people say or the bettings odds say.
Firstly, Heretics has been banning ascent through out the EMEA split after they beat one of the best Ascent teams with Patitek, I'm very aware that they didn't ban it against FPX and seems very open to play the map again now for Champions. Have they been banning their best map all along? Also with the roles I still think would still be Miniboo Kayo and Woot Duelist after Miniboo have been showing himself on kayo recently and not been playing very well on duelist recently. I'm aware that GenG have not lost the map ever since but still could be a very close map.
Also 2 of the maps GenG beat Heretics on isn't even in the pool anymore, Breeze + Split, are they really that much worse than what they were with Pati on the team?
Heretics have been doing some comp changes recently which doesn't give me hope on their confidence here in Champions, GenG never change comps.
But Honestly will be a great game today and I'm expecting a 2-1 from either side.
What if Miniboo starts fragging again?
Thoughts? also I'm saying FPX game was a fluke and Neil and Weber ain't allowing this result.
edit: also GenG have not been getting challenged on other maps since Shanghai and imo have been playing against mid pacific teams last split so they look better than what they really are.
