The first thing to do is to remove Alecks. Alecks has spoiled J00ng too much, making him lazy in learning new agents by forcing the team to play around him. The decision to extend the contract, I believe, largely came from Alecks, who has no other capability than pounding the table. If they continue to lose, I think there will be major changes.

They don't have good caller is the problem currently. calling multiple person in the team let them not in the same page.
they can overcome it by time.

Normally I'd hate a 6 man roster but PRX already play without an IGL, the rules of Valorant just don't apply to them
