g2 and 2023 eg

• both did very well in the 2nd international event of the year (2023 eg got 2nd in masters tokyo and g2 this year got 3rd in shanghai)
• they both made a change in their roster mid year (eg obviously got demon1 and g2 got icy)
• they barely qualified to the playoffs of vct americas and did so on the mercy of other teams

So my question is, can they do what 2023 EG did and win champions? These events have been so similar to last year's eg's team

Difference is EG won champs cuz of demon1 and G2 won’t win champs cuz of icy

i think g2 geng fnc its surely one of these teams that will win champs.

don't compare last year Demon1 with ICY ever again

i mean coincidences are cool but that doesnt translate into the same route. so yeah i think g2 could win but not because of this reason

IF G2 win its because Icy has stepped up too play above average. I dont see them winning if he keeps playing like he is
