I'm from south australia so the accent isnt really strong here and where I come from I would say a lot of people come from overseas and the people I have grown up with are majority immigrant so I am not around the accent much

and my fathers side of the family is canadian so I have been influenced by that too

I think the biggest part of the accent I have is the way I say the 'er' sound, australians say it like 'ah'

example: americans say bigg-errr australians say big-ahhh

But if you asked me australian slang, I wouldn't have a clue besides the sterotypical ones
