Bot Matches?

Hey, I was just wondering - as I couldn't find any reliable source - if it's possible to play a full bot match like the one after tutorial. Couldn't find it anywhere and I think it'd be better than free range or doing tutorial over and over again. I feel like console has the game mode or sth? If it's not on PC then wtf, why not

One of my dream in LoL is to organise a tournament with intermediate bot representing every city of LoL, but they are so few bot, and I can only organise 4v4

They removed the retake and post plant bot gamemodes so I believe, MAYBE, they are reworking the bots to be better? and maybe more like a bot match I am not sure tho
