Some football clubs have crazy money, yes, but FC Barcelona is notoriously known for having financial issues. They had to let go of Messi because he was worth too much for them to keep (FFP rules).

Barça definitely does not have a lot of money to spend, but having FFP and having money are 2 completely different things tho
