knives and stuff exist, but i see ur point. regardless, guns are so proliferated across the US that any gun ban would a) be unconstitutional and b) never work. theres probably hundreds of millions of guns across the US
and biden is supporting legislation on rifles, but that probably wont do anything to gun crime
yeah, most people will never experience it. while i hate to be that guy shoot shootings are extremely rare: 17 ppl have died from them in the US this year, which is simply a statistic. the actual shootings people think of where someone runs into a school and sprays people down basically never happens. 99.9% of people will never face something like that. more security checks would be nice, but most gun crime is with stolen or black market guns at this point, so I'm not sure how much they would help
