no one calls PACIFIC a 1 team region (unlike EMEA with Fnatic in 2023) when:

1. equal results for first tournament of year with 2 EMEA Teams being Top 4 in LOCK//IN 2023 (FNC, NAVI) and 2 PACIFIC Teams being Top 4 in Madrid 2024 (GENG, PRX)
2. EMEA had better results as an overall region in Tokyo 2023 (1st, 5th-6th, 9th-10th) than Pacific in Shanghai 2024 (1st, 5th-6th, 11th-12th)
