i dont think there are korean servers, so they queue singapore, hk and tokyo i believe

foreigners can't play in KR server because you need to register your identity number from citizen card. so pro teams from Korea goes to APAC server to scrim and naturally, the pro players from Korea plays in apac server too.

pretty sure they have good ping in tokyo servers as well so its all good for them to play

they are all in APAC server if I'm not mistaken. KR server is almost impossible to play if you are not a Korean citizen. Unfortunately, KR has their own single server and is not part of the APAC server.
