Do you get Deja vu?

Bro istg sometimes I be watching random things on yt or just sitting at home and a thought comes to my mind like I have seen this before.
Like for example I do something my mind fucks me up thinking that I have done that same sequence or seen the same sequence before. The human mind is truly a crazy thing.

70% of the time I get deja vu, it's a negative thing. I'll be on my computer and have deja vu about my mom dying. Or I'll be working at my job and have deja vu of me getting fired. Gets me paranoid af lol.

I used to get Deja vus of events which follow a bad thing in the memory.
I was so paranoid not trying to repeat the same shit I had felt in the deja vu. It's so creepy.
