DRX in a lose- lose situation

Is DRX in a lose lose situation , like first of all they got to figure shit out in next 1 day cause I think the roster has to be locked in the next 1-2 days and thus this increases the chances of reaching a wrong decision due to the short time ,if they remove or suspend the player even temporarily , and later he comes out to be not guilty it does damage his image and he might not continue next year and thus they lose their future prospect and he might even sue them for defamation (kr laws for defamation are strict heavily) , even if he is guilty he can still Sue for defamation towards them and In both scenarios they don't have a good roster going to champs but if they conclude out ( in the near days) as him not guilty, people will just flame them completely for not doing a much through investigation and the team mental might already be fucked up due to this. ,,,, just sad

I feel bad for the player. All we can do now is just wait for the conclusion of this shitty situation.

Guys I think Mako is a really good controller player, maybe even the goat controller
