We don’t know for sure that their ages make it a criminal act. If it is who most people suspect, and the unprotected sex was consensual but the insemination was not, then this becomes more about intent. If he claims that it was an accident and that he simply didn’t pull out fast enough, then it’s difficult to judge, and pretty much impossible to convict off of the information we have.

i think they're both still minor at least in kr, with 7 months gap flashback is 18 and her 17

unless the girl comes out with incriminating evidence i think it's safe to say the situation is pretty much over--if the DRX owner really said they would drop FB at her request something would've come up.

Sure he ended up being noncommittal to the relationship afterwards and chased another girl which could be scummy if he didn’t begin the relationship as a one night stand situation, but the sex he had with her was consensual. Maybe she’s trying to retaliate? They’re investigating now so we’ll see soon the facts.

im pretty sure the sex was consensual but the fact that he didn’t pull out isn’t, which is his fault if she told him…but still WHY DIDN’T THEY JUST USE A CONDOM
