The Americans are bad, but riot did everything possible to improve this mediocre region.

1- Transferred all good teams from Latin America to the United States. This simply killed the competitiveness of the Latin servers while raising the level of the American server.
2- Latin teams cannot train properly due to "bureaucratic" problems (Loud and Leviathan have not yet managed to get together to train).

The American t2 trains with the best teams in the world. Brazilian t2 professional players play solo against content creators, while American t2 professionals play against ASPAS.

stop this excuse bro EDG were literally in champs 22 and they were also at lock/in along with FPX. all the players in chinese league have been playing before it was officialy released for them... they just played on APAC server..

Latam and SA do not represent NA, because most NA allways cheer for another team region instead of SA teams (Leviathan have NA fans because of C0M, Tex and MAINLY Aspas)
SA have difficult to train against other teams like the OP said, this cause a massive talents immigration from SA
