Was tex actually bad?

Heard a lot of people saying Tex was trash and suddenly became good, I find it hard to believe the way he is playing rn

he was good in Tier 2, then started slow with lev but hes back in form

he was good in challengers, people act like he got carried to the ascension win

He was never top in his role, now it’s arguable

he couldnt be that bad guard won ascension with him

he had a rough start when he changed roles, hes always been a good player

he looked bad at the beginning of the year since he played a whole year of duelist before that, but he’s locked in now

brother was literally mvp in the ascension finals against m80 idk what people on about

icy came later. they benched tex for leaf which was an upgrade at the time

not sure what the real reasoning was, net was a good player- i assume vibes. but either way the result speak for themselves. G2 are a GOOD team now

what's crazy is icy was a sentinel main before g2 so i don't get why he and leaf switched

The only time he was actually bad was the first split he joined NRG years ago. He's always performed after.

He was good, but oxy, n4rrate, and reduxx were all better. you could also make an argument for sym too
