The first issue might be Alecks. He's been too indulgent with J00ng, and as you can see, the PRX com has to revolve around Jingg's agent while the others have to flex

They just need Jingg to learn some damn agents, like unfortunately he is not the level where he can just out aim everyone on his favourite agent, he needs to learn more agents so they can actually play non throw comps

sure his aim isnt peak but I think it's still good enough for a star player imo, ofc something is much better but I think he might still be 2nd best on the team idk, one thing I know about prx for sure is that mindfreak needs to go, they might want to kick mf and get a good controller igl
