If fnatic finish top 3 in playoffs ,can emea use three slots for champions isn’t it?or vitality qualifies for champions?

EMEA has 4 spots for Champs regardless, 3 through the playoffs, 1 by championship points

vitality needs top 3 for champs
so basically means someone from fut, fnc or th has to bomb out of playoffs
