Anyone with anti-glare glasses come SERIOUS

I've never had anti glare lense but I got offered for a price I was just wondering if it's worth it or not any noticeable changes?

I've always had them so Idk if they make a difference but if its only a small price diff, I'd go for it. I do have a pair of normal ones that I recently got but I havent worn them enough to give you a confident answer.
