Can 100T move to 5th or no?

so if they don’t move up it’ll be

G2/Sen Vs 100T and Kru Vs C9 for knockout rounds or if 100T Can move to 5th it would be

G2/Sen Vs C9 and Kru vs 100T?

i think they pass C9 if they beat loud? right? bc they would have the same record and the h2h (and map diff too)
and then yeah would play kru
