How to fix NA teams next year

Brawk, Verno, Zander, and Mada are the people that come to mind for me as some of the top NA prospects rn but who are some other T2 talents that could make an impact in T1 next year? Asking so I can make a stupid post about how to fix C9/NRG

mikeE looks he could be a high tier Sentinel
Skuba has been consistently a very good Controller
Paincakes seems consistent even from transitioning from Controller to Initiator so could be a JonahP like Flex player
Stellar has had a bounce back year especially if you think about how good the team has been without a coach

Shahzam has great potential (imo) not as an IGL
