How could C9 rebuild around Oxy?

I think pickups like narrate, V1c, Verno, Zander would made a good team they are all insane and I feel like they would mesh well

no need to rebuild, they are winning champs

Get Marved/Zander, Verno or Brawk, keep Runi, get net or Leaf if possible but Dapr could work too
