Honest Question: If region slots were based purely off of skill and nothing else, what would they look like? (btw you can cut out some regions entirely / combine them)

20 slot maters. honestly I'd vibe with this. I think 24 slots masters would be more likely so prob add 1 to EMEA bc bigger region and add one to CN and 1 to BR or combine LATAM and BR with 3 slots with a server that works as a good midpoint but I guess that'd be hard. And add one to MENA.

They won't ever do it purely based off of skill
Some regions may die out over the years, but Riot are generally good at giving regions a fair amount of slots
