1. TH- By playoffs
2. FUT- By playoffs or if FNC+TH make it through playoffs they get in through champs points
3. FNC- By playoffs or if they don't make it they go through champs points
4. KC- Either through playoffs upset wins or if the three teams mentioned prior get through playoffs then KC auto qual by champs points
