Why is the schedule so nice for Sentinels?

Riot set this up so G2 and F4Q play before SEN on both halves of the round robin, giving them time to watch G2 and F4Q first before playing either twice. That's not how a round robin works, you always alternate who'll play first and who'll play last on the different halves.

I guess the Tenz/SEN fangay squad has some real influence here.

If it is intentional, it is to give the 1st seed the advantage, aka how all tournaments are set up....

So the #1 seed from the #1 region (#1 overall seed) gets an advantage.

Interesting since on the other esports tournament Riot runs, the League of Legends one, all groups are made up of round robins and there is always an alternating of schedules between the two halves of round robin, regardless of seeding.

This is because it is a small group. 3 team double round robin is not standard format.

Same reason why G2 got 2 map picks while F4Q got 1 in their first matchup
