2024 roster lock

Does anyone know how the roster lock works this year? I remember last year it lasted basically all season long, but this year there have been changes made to multiple teams in between splits. Are teams allowed to make changes mid split as well if they want?

I think before the start of every stage + event there is a 2 week (not sure about time) time to lock in your roster.
