Look at the players in tier 2 , look at the players in tier 1 that should give you an answer

FPS is not for Japan, look at how bad their player regeneration. People prefer to watch than play

ZETA lost their chance to become even better after Reykjavik, and now, after all that time and the roster changes, there is no way of getting it back

9 japanese actually but yeah more imports are on top but some of the best are japanese too.
